What are the most serious ecological problems in the place where you live? What do you do to change the environment for the better?

The biggest problem in the place where I live that people throw trash on the street. I don't do that

Anton, thank you for your answer. We usually use the word "street" when we speak about city and roads in both the country and city. I think it is better to say "The biggest problem in the place where I live is throwing litter on the roads."

In Russia, people destroy the forest leaving behind: not extinguish fires, garbage,cut down trees and not planting new ones.
Open factory and do not think about ecology and the export garbage in forests,rivers,lakes
And I do not throw garbage on the street and put away in the garbage bucket

The most serious problem where I live is a lot of garbage on the streets. I try not to litter, not at home not on the street, not in any other places.
